US China Trade War
Trump says american’s attitude towards china changed since Covid-19 hits US.

US china trade war erased $1.7 trillion from US company market value since Corona virus pandemic started. In the dispute of the two countries,Trump says the US has imposed tariffs $360 billion of Chinese products and China retaliated by imposed tariffs on more than $110 billion US products. The US-China trade war is an ongoing economic conflict between the two nation. President Donald Trump began in 2018 settings tariffs and other trade barriers on china. On January 15 2020,the sign of truce were seen when the two sides signed a phase one deal, which is officially the reduction of tariffs.
June 19:ย Chinaย retaliates, threatening its own tariffs on $50 billion ofย U.Sย goods, and stating that theย United Stateย had launched aย tradeย war. Import and export markets in a number of nations feared the tariffs would disrupt supply chains which could “ripple around the globe”.

Andromeda Galaxy Fact

Andromeda Galaxy is the largest in the local group,More than twice the size of our home planet milky way. Astronomers thought it was a nebular cloud within the milky way.It is estimated to host more than trillion stars,Making its 4 time larger than Milky way.A supermassive black hole at the center of the Andromeda Galaxy and it is sourrounded by stars.Even though it is twice the size of the Milky Way in diameter, it might have approximately the same mass as our galaxy
Distance: 2.5 million light years (780 kiloparsecs)
Diameter: 220 000 light years
Other designations: Messier 31, M31
Constellation: Andromeda
The Andromeda Galaxy is an elliptic galaxy and the largest one in our Local Group. It is more than double the size of the second largest, our home โ the Milky Way. Both galaxies, together with 52 other, are part of the Local Group, one of many distinct groups of galaxies that are gravitationally bound to each other. The majority of the galaxies in the Local Group are dwarf galaxies orbiting the three largest โAndromeda, Milky Way and Triangulum. The Andromeda galaxy has 25 satellite dwarf galaxies and is estimated to contain more than trillion stars within its two spiral arms.
Andromeda Galaxy is 2.5 miillion light years away from our home galaxy that means if we travel to Andromeda Galaxy it would take 2.5 million years to get there,

What is Astronomy?
Astronomy is the study of the sun, moon, stars, planets, comets, gas, galaxies, gas, dust and other non-Earthly bodies and phenomena. In curriculum for K-4 students, NASA defines astronomy as simple “the study of stars, planets and space.” Astronomy and astrology were historically associated, but astrology is not a science and is no longer recognized as having anything to do with astronomy.
Discoveries in Modern Astronomy

Click image Telescopes were invented around 1600, and about 1609 the first people began to use them for observing the sky. Galileo constructed a scope consisted of a convex objective and a concave eyepiece lens (a scope now called of Galilean type). With this instrument, he discovered the four bright satellites of Jupiter, the phases of Venus, mountains on the Moon, spots on the Sun and what came finally out to be the rings of Saturn. Moreover, he found the Milky Way composed of faint stars, as he found the “nebula” Praesepe (now known as M44) to be a cluster of stars. The first reflecting telescope was constructed by Isaac Newton in 1668. It was already evident from Kepler’s laws of planetary motion that some force must be generated by the Sun and act on the planets. Isaac Newton (1643-1727) from England provided a theoretical framework to understand this force, in the form of a universally valid mechanical principle (Newton’s law of gravitation): Two massive bodies attract each other with a force F proportional to the product of their masses (m1 and m2) divided by the square of their distance r:F = G*m1*m2 / r^2Special Types of Stars Binary and multiple stars as well as variables. Giovanni Batista Riccioli of Bologna discovered the nature of Mizar (Zeta Ursae Majoris) as a double star in 1650. While suddenly occurring “new stars” (novae and supernovae) had been occasionally recorded through the centuries from various cultures, it was only Tychos supernova of 1572 and Kepler’s from 1604, as well as the nova-like outburst of P Cygni in 1600, discovered by W.J. Blaeu, that became generally known for western astronomers. Stellar Photometry Until early 19th century, stellar magnitudes were estimated approximately and inacurately by visual observers, to at most 0.2 magnitudes accuracy. In 1861, Karl Friedrich Zรถllner (1834-82) in Berlin introduced the visual photometer. Further improvement was achieved by introducing photoelectric cells for photometry, and by measuring photographic plates. Spectroscopy Already in 1666, Isaac Newton had shown that sunlight can be decomposed into a spectrum when passing a prism. Christian Doppler (1803-53) had discovered that moving bodies show shifted spectral lines, so that radial velocities can be determined spectroscopically with high accuracy. William Huggins stated in 1868 that, because of this effect, spectral lines of moving celestial objects should appear shifted. The power of photography for every branch of astronomy was quickly demonstrated. The essential event marking the discovery of gaseous nebula came when William Huggins observed their spectra in 1864 and found them to be emission line spectra. Now there was a simple and unique criterion distinguishing them from star clusters, which like the stars composing them, show a continuous spectrum (with overlaid absorption and sometimes emission lines). Spiral “nebulae”, however, show continuous spectra like stars. It was known since Herschel that the Milky Way forms a system of stars one of which is our Sun. Since Kant and Herschel, it was speculated that there might be other similar stellar systems. Galactic Radiation As early as 1800, William Herschel discovered the infrared radiation beyond the red end of the visible spectrum with a thermometer. Click imageOne year later in 1801, J.W. Ritter discovered UV radiation by demonstrating that they produce chemical effects. However, observation of this radiation was restricted to the Sun until the 20th century. In 1931, K.G. Jansky discovered radio radiation from the Milky Way. In 1939, G. Reber found this radiation concentrated within the galactic plane and toward the galactic center. In 1942, J.S. Hey and J. Southward found the first extragalactic radio radiation. Individual radio sources were identified in the early 1950s, and the first radio galaxies in 1954. With upcoming space missions, astronomy became possible in those parts of the electromagnetic spectrum for which Earth’s atmosphere is not transparent. In 1960, cosmic X-rays (from the Solar corona) were observed for the first time by an aerobee rocket. In 1965, the first cosmic X-rays were discovered. In 1963, radio astronomers discovered the first quasar (M. Schmidt), and in 1967, the first pulsar (J. Bell and A. Hewish). Since, astronomical satellites have become a powerful tool to investigate astronomical objects in every spectral range. Using the Hubble Space Telescope, astronomers measured the chemical makeup of a planet which passed in front of its star and the star’s light was filtered through the atmosphere of the planet. Albert Einstein Einstein wrote four fundamental papers in 1905, all in a few months. The first paper claimed that light must sometimes behave like a stream of particles with discrete energies, “quanta.” The second paper offered an experimental test for the theory of heat and proof of the existence of atoms. The third paper addressed a central puzzle for physicists of the day โ the connection between electromagnetic theory and ordinary motion โ and solved it using the “principle of relativity.” The fourth showed that mass and energy are two parts of the same thing, mass-energy (E=mc2). In 1915, Einstein completed his Gravitation and the General Theory of Relativity. Overturning ancient notions of space and time, he reached a new understanding of gravity. In 1918, the general theory of relativity received stunning confirmation from British astronomers: as Einstein had predicted, gravity bends starlight. In 1924, Einstein contributed to the struggling new quantum theory, and searched for a way to unify the theories of electromagnetism and gravity. In 1929 he announced a unified field theory, but the mathematics were not consistent with experiments. |
